What shipping methods are available?

At Fanatics For Jerseys, we offer two delivery options:

Standard Delivery

  • Cost: €7

  • Free on orders over €99

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Express Delivery

  • Cost: €14

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days

Delivery times may vary based on customs inspections, carrier availability, and peak-season volume.


Where is my order?

For the most accurate information about your shipment:

  • Check your Fanatics For Jerseys account, or

  • Review the dispatch confirmation email (includes your tracking link)

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
Some orders may ship in separate parcels depending on stock availability.

We work diligently to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.


Why is my order unavailable or delayed?

In rare cases, an order may be delayed due to:

  • Stock shortages

  • Supplier delays

  • Shipping congestion

  • Customs clearance checks

If this happens, we will notify you promptly by email. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue.


How long will a personalised order take?

If your product includes name/number personalisation, please allow an additional:

+7 to +10 business days
before dispatch.

Once completed, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with full tracking details.

Please note:
Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.


My order hasn’t arrived — it’s still in transit. What should I do?

If your tracking shows the parcel in transit:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates

  2. Wait until the estimated delivery window has passed

  3. If the order is still delayed after the delivery window, contact us

I received only part of my order — where is the rest?

If your order contains multiple products, items may ship in separate parcels due to:

  • Warehouse availability

  • Stock being held in different locations

  • Sizing or supplier variations

Each parcel will have its own tracking number.
Please allow extra time for remaining items to arrive.


My tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my parcel. What should I do?

First:

  • Check with neighbours

  • Check safe places (mailbox, lobby, reception, etc.)

  • Look for delivery notes or proof of delivery

If you still cannot locate the parcel:

We will open an investigation with the carrier.
Your cooperation may be required to complete the claim process.


Why can’t you ship certain products to my location?

Some items may have restrictions due to:

  1. Brand limitations

  2. Material regulations (aerosols, pressurised items, etc.)

  3. Country import rules

If an item cannot be shipped to your destination, you will be notified at checkout and may remove it or change the delivery address.


Second-Hand Product Notice

Some items available at Fanatics For Jerseys may be classified as second-hand, pre-owned, or refurbished.
These products are fully inspected, authenticated, and approved before sale.
If an item is second-hand, it will be clearly indicated in the product description.


Which items qualify for the free shipping threshold?

All products qualify.
Standard Delivery becomes free on orders over €99, regardless of location or category.


What is the total delivery time?

The total delivery timeline includes:

  1. Processing Time: 1–3 business days
    (Personalised items: +7–10 extra days)

  2. Transit Time:

    • Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days

    • Express Delivery: 5–12 business days

These windows reflect the full timeline from order placement to delivery.
