Can I return my order if I’m in the UK?

Yes, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.
You can return any non-personalised item within 28 days of receiving it for a refund, as long as it is in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging included.

If you're in the UK and need a different size, you may request an exchange (based on available stock).
Please note that personalised items and second-hand items may have specific conditions, as described in our Returns Policy.


Can I return an item that is faulty?

Absolutely. If you have received a faulty product, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Where is my order?

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.
During peak periods, your order may be shipped in separate parcels depending on warehouse availability.

I’m not in the UK — how do I return my order?

If you're returning an order from outside the UK, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Fanatics For Jerseys account

  2. Go to “My Account” → “Order History”

  3. Select the order you wish to return

  4. Click “Return Items” (available for 28 days after delivery)

  5. Follow the instructions provided in the returns portal

You may use any carrier you prefer and are responsible for return postage.

Important notes for international customers:

  • Clearly label the parcel as “Returned Goods – No Duties Due”

  • Attach all required customs documents

  • For high-value returns (£250+), we strongly recommend using recorded/tracked shipping

  • Pack the item securely and include a returns form or a short note explaining the reason for return

Why am I unable to use my promotion code?

Some promotions have restrictions. A discount code may not work if:

Why is my delivery charge higher than expected (EU Customers)?

Shipping costs depend on warehouse location and carrier surcharges.
If your order ships from a UK warehouse instead of an EU facility, carriers may apply additional cross-border fees, which may result in higher delivery charges.
